This is my second set of slide shorts - my first ones lasted over 3 years, still in great condition, but I jsut wanted a fresh set! I would go +1 size up for a more comfortable fit.

To me all the protective gear runs a little small compared to other pads I’ve worn which is mostly mediums. I’m a 32” waist, 180lbs and the large fit great.
