Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

Infamous Paintball does not offer refunds on retail purchases. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will never issue a cash refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Certain items like paintballs and refurbished equipment or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

If the product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty. All paintball equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty so we will not just send out a brand new item. We must follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair. The only time a brand new item will be given is if the manufacturer deems the product is not repairable.

Return Shipping Costs

• If you added Free Returns + Package Protection (Redo) at checkout, your return label is free.
• If Redo was not added, return shipping is paid by the customer and can be purchased through our return portal.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and the return location. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

 

Claims

If you opted into Checkout+: your order is covered by package protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.

If you opted out of Checkout+: your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.

 

How do I begin my return, exchange, or claim?

• Visit our RETURNS PORTAL BY CLICKING HERE
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

What items are returnable? 

• Within 30 days from the date of delivery
• In unused and resealable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• Apparel must be new and unworn with tags still attached (if applicable)
• Air systems, tanks and regulators must be unused

 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Paintballs
• Refurbished Equipment
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Apparel that has been worn or has had tags removed
• Air systems, tanks and regulators that have been used or pressurized

 

The item I received is damaged!

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date with photos of the item and the packaging. Manufacturing defects are handled separately under our warranty, which covers 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

 

What are the return options?

The following return options are supported:

• Refund to store credit (gift card)
• Infamous Paintball does not offer cash refunds. Store credit is the only option available
• Exchanges

 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after completing the return through our portal linked above.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
