Shipping Policy - Domestic
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.
Domestic orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Our goal at Infamous is to get you your order as quickly, affordably and safely as possible!
Orders may experience slight shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods. We cannot account for shipping delays due to carrier holiday hours, weather conditions, and/or uncontrollable circumstances that may occur with the shipping providers.
*Please note that if an item is marked PRE-ORDER you will receive an email with tracking when the item leaves our warehouse. PRE-ORDERS ship in the order that we receive them. We do our best to keep the “pre-order” product pages updated with the latest estimated ship dates.
**All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.
***What if my package is lost or stolen? Infamous paintball is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small-time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@infamouspaintball.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
Note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day or in the same package. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment.
Any shipping delays from Infamous will be communicated to you at the time of your order.

Shipping Policy - International
Infamous offers worldwide shipping and will provide you with shipping option at checkout. Please contact us if you are unsure about your country.
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

Markdowns and Adjustments
Items purchased during markdown periods or marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
We can only accept ONE coupon code per order.
Infamous Paintball reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
